We left Missouri on a cold morning, December 2 and returned to our home on December 14. What an adventure we had traveling in the Carribean on our way to the Panama Canal. We were on land in Half Moon Cay, Aruba, Curacao, Panama, and Costa Rica. The sun was blazingly tropical as we headed to 10 degrees north of the equator. The seas were calm and endless. We booked an excursion in the rainforest in Puerta Limon, Costa Rica and traveled by bus, train, and riverboat. All other times we ventured out on our own for some amazing explorations. Please click on 'older posts' at the end of photographs because the blog goes on and on. If we can figure out how to add video, there will be a lot more to see.
IT WAS WONDERFUL!

We are on board and leaving Fort Lauderdale.

There are no words to adequately describe the crystal clear water.
Thanks to Jim and Emily, I used their snorkel gear.

The fish were shiny silver and schools of them surrounded me.

Wave running was beyond description. We were out
around reef and amazing crystal clear waters that were
straight out of National Geographic photo shoots. I trailed
Lemon Shark as it swam along side of my craft.

Lots of chairs, but not filled.

So tropical

A DAY AT SEA, LEAVING HALF MOON CAY FOR ARUBA

One of the many romantic sunrises

And now a tour of the kitchen
The art of napkin folding added to the spectacular
table settings. A new design appeared every meal.
Preparing giant shrimp cocktails

Wow, this looks good, little did I know
what the future had in store for us.
Happy crew
Reservations, my dear

Every inch of the hallways was adorned and decorated .
A day at sea, on our way to Aruba.
Passing islands in the Caribbean
The sea was quite calm today.

Every night a new creature appeared in our stateroom.
Which I might add was meticulously cleaned twice a day!
